1: Maybe you should check the weather forecast first.

2: Good idea. I think I will

1: Well, I hope you have a good afternoon.

2: You too, Frank

Dialogue 2:

1: Hello.

2: Hello, Bill.

1: How are you doing?

2: Not bad. Work is going well.

1: Oh, is it? That's good to hear.

2: What about you?

1: I'm doing okay, although my car is in the shop.

2: Oh, really? That's too bad.

Dialogue 3:

1: Hi, Ralph

2: Oh, hey, Mark. Did you have a good time hiking today?

1: Yes, although it was a bit hot.

2: That is why I stayed inside.

1: What did you do?

2: I read a book.

Dialogue 4:

1: What's up, Andrew?

2: Not much. Not much at all.

1: Are you hungry?

2: A little bit. Do you want to eat?

1: Yes. Let's go find somrthing to eat.

2: That sounds good to me.

2: Yes, but he is busy. Do you mind waiting?

1: I don't mind. Do you think he will be a while?

2: He shouldn't be long.

1: Oh, good. I'll wait.

2: Just take a seat over there. He should see you shortly.
