English Conversation Dialogue 1:
1: I'm sorry I was late for class today.
2: This is the third day this month you've been late.
1: I know. I know. I'm sorry.
2: Do you mind telling me why? Is there something wrong?
1: There's a lot of traffic in the mornings.
2: That's no excuse. You need to give yourself more time to get here.
1: You're right, sir. I won't be late again.
2: I hope not. See you tomorrow, bright and early.
English Conversation Dialogue 2:
1: I thought you said you could finish this report by Tuesday.
2: I apologize. What can I say?
1: You almost cost me my job. You were a week late with this project.
2: Look, I'm sorry. what more do you want?
1: Do you even have an excuse?
2: It took more research than I first thought.
1: You could have told me earlier.
2: I am really sorry. I really messed up. I'll try to make This up to you.
1: Okay, I'll give you one more chance.

1: Kim, where were you today? You missed class.
2: I'm sorry. I was feeling ill.
1: You didn't miss much. It was pretty boring.
2: Yes, but I already missed class last week to go to the movies.
1: Oh, you might miss too many classes this semester.
2: I know. I really regret going to the movies last week.
1: I bet you weren't so worry then.
2: Maybe not then, but I sure am now.

1: I'm sorry about that last pass.
2: Yeah, that was a pretty bad throw.
1: I think I need a rest.
2: Is something wrong? Are you hurt?
1: I hurt my shoulder yesterday.
2: Well, you shouldn't be playing ball.
1: You're probably right.
2: Hey, I'm sorry for criticizing you. I didn't know you were hurt.
1: It's doesn't matter. No problem. I'll be as good as new in no time.
2: I hope so.

1: Debbie, have you seen my blue shirt?
2: Oh, I'm sorry. I forgot to pick up your shirt from the cleaner's yesterday.
1: Well, now I've got nothing to wear to work.
2: I'm really sorry. I think you've still got the white shirt.
1: I wore that Tuesday. It's pretty wrinkled.
2: Well, I'll just iron it for you real quick.
1: Thanks.
2: It's the least I can do after forgetting your shirt earlier.
1: Don't worry about now, honey. At least I've got the white shirt.
